New to VRChat looking for someone to show me the ropes and maybe introduce me to a new group?

Hey everyone, I recently bought a VR headset so I've kinda been looking to VRChat hookup scene. I've noticed that all the public rooms are kind of a crapshoot for meeting others, so I thought I'd try my luck here.
Ideally I'm looking for someone vocal, and is willing to show me the ropes in terms of models and stuff. If we hit it off, a reoccurring thing would be great. Not looking for paid sessions or anything like that.
