Strangest problem with torrenting [utorrent]: one torrent is downloading just fine and the rest have not even started... What could it be?

Running utorrent on my mac using PIA. I have gone thorough both PIA & utorrent settings so many times to make sure its all correct.

I have the proxy set up in utorrent and utorrent is also saying 'Connection status: no incoming connection' although... I've got one torrent downloading just fine while the 5 others have not even started in the past hour.

I am not a computer expert but I've been torrenting all my life and have never had this problem (I've also searched this sub and google and have not found someone with the same issue).

Any idea of what could be the problem?
