i went to a news site and it showed me the weather for a town like an hour away of where my virtual private network connection is coming out of, but is like 15 minutes from me. i wouldn't be that concerned about it if i wasn't using a V.P.N., and a privacy focused browser (Librewolf). my browser data is cleared each time i close out the browser as well.
if the weather shown was for the city that my V.P.N. connection was out of, that would make sense. but i'm just curious as to what i might've done to leak some info data, if i did anything. does this make sense? or is it a stupid question?
