My greedy internet provider has slown down my internet to the point where i cant even use it anymore. To stop the throttling, do I need to VPN the internet Router, or the devices im using on it?

Thanks guys. Night and day after I installed that VPN. Before i couldnt load a webpage, let alone a video, and now i can run multiple programs and videos at once. My speed is WAAAY up.

Im actually playing VIDEO GAMES with my wifi now! What a coincidence that as soon as i install a VPN, My internet is better than it has ever been!??!

I literally couldnt even play a youtube video a couple weeks ago. Now Im playing full on online video games?! Fuck Xfinity. Thanks for your help, guys.
