I have a Cisco SPA122 for a fax line. I managed to get it registered properly with my SIP provider, but for some reason there is a snag with the dialplan. Whenever I dial out I get a busy signal. The SIP provider requires a prefix added to the outbound call to authenticate the call. They are only seeing the 10 digits hit their system without the prefix so the call fails.
I tried reading this article and put in the <:prefix>, but it is still not working. Is there a different place I am supposed to be putting it? Not sure.
