Help please - how to find accurate, most recent LRN carrier data for possible VOIP number

Post Body

Can someone who has ever correctly identified the LRN / most recent carrier data of a number please help me?

I've used sites like free carrier lookup, and it accurately gives me the ORIGINAL carrier... but not the most recent.

I desperately need to reach out to the carrier company's legal department, but I need to know the most recent carrier of this number, first. Not the original which was T-Mobile in 2005. I suspect it is a VOIP that had no problem receiving MMS, but trouble with SMS. The SMS i replied back just said sent, but the MMS said delivered.

Is the most recent Google voice? Bandwidth? How can I find the best, most recent accurate info about this number and it's current LRN/ carrier?

If no one has tried and true instructions that are easy for a non- technical layman to replicate, can someone look it up for me, pretty please?
