Here are some photos of the problem, I was laying on the couch with the dogs and suddenly these white lines started showing up. Sometimes it'll mostly go away, and then reappear, and changes in quantity.

I've unplugged everything for an hour, hard reset, factory reset, and took a look at the wiring and it's all clean and secure. It happens when I'm on any input, playstation, xbox, etc. And it's only the color white or bright/light colors that cause the problem, there are no lines coming from dark colors.

Is the tv screwed? I do not have warranty on it, it's less than a year old. No damage has been done to it at all and when I dust it, it's with a dry duster. The only other issues I've been having are HBO lagging really badly when trying to watch anything on it.
