Hello. I purchased a SB4051-D5 soundbar/sub/rear speakers set through a 3rd party, but the 40" sound bar the originally came with it was swapped for a 36" instead (the person I bought it from mentioned that the 40" was too long, so they swapped it out for a 36" instead). So I have a 36" sound bar (SB3651-E6), but with the subwoofer & rears of a SB4051-D5. I cannot get the sub to pair with the sound bar however. I have them right by each other, holding down the pair button on the sub for 5 secs until the light blinks continuously, holding down the power on the sound bar for 5 secs but the lights just go up & down continuously (if that makes sense). Tried a factory reset a couple of times on the sound bar but no dice. Could the sub be faulty or is it possibly that I cannot pair a 36" sound bar with an SB4051-D5 subwoofer?
I haven't open up an official Vizio case just yet - thought I'd check here first. Thanks!
