Weird vertical split on my 55" Vizio M Series Quantum (2019 version, 558-G1). Testing and details in post.
Post Body

I'm seeing a weird issue with my TV that I think is a software issue, but seemed a bit scary like it was a hardware problem.

When my PC is plugged into the TV, if game mode is not on it shows a hard visible vertical split down the center of the screen whenever it transitions from a bright to dark scene and the reverse as well.

I captured video of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pj71Fo3vZA.

You can see it when it transitions from bright color to black background and back. (note - full screen the video for best visibility. It's clear enough in the vid, and much more noticeable in person, youtube compression is softening the effect a bit).

This problem seems to be specific to my PC, and I can't replicate it on my Shield TV. Not sure if consoles or other devices would be affected, as I have no other devices to test with.

The problem goes away if I turn on game mode. I tested other settings like leaving game mode off and disabling film mode, but it seems specifically to be a problem with something in the TV's post processing when game mode is disabled.

Is this a known issue? It's not a big deal now that I know the cause (I'll just leave game mode on when on my PC), but it's a really weird problem, like the left and right side of the panel are out of sync.
