An setting on the 2019 M Quantum series to make the TV turn itself off after a period of time?

I'm in Eco mode but noted my TV was on this morning when I got up. I thought it was off but the screen is so black with no source on it that it's hard to tell.

I don't want to mistakenly leave my TV on all the time and the CEC setup with all my devices (Shield console, Fire Stick 4k, AV receiver, PC) makes it a bit confusing because sometimes I'll turn stuff on or off and the screen will turn itself back on.

The biggest problem right now is that the TV turns itself on with the receiver when I cast bluetooth audio to the receiver with no video source. Which is odd, as I've got the TV set to "ARC-Only" CEC mode so it shouldn't be turning on via that input.

Any ideas?
