I’ve had my tv for about a month now. Since the day I got it, the tv and the Apple TV have never seemed to work smoothly with the TV.

When going from an app to the video that has been selected, it takes up to a minute for the video to be projected on the screen. The same condition happens in reverse when going from the video that’s playing to the menu. Between the times where a button is pressed and something is displayed on the screen, the screen goes black and the menu bar of the tv looks like it’s thinking.

Dolby Vision is turned on within the Apple TV settings. When using the smart cast apps installed on the tv, other than the video taking time to load, there are no issues loading.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to fix it?
