Are these humidity spikes in a safe range?

I am trying to find a good balance between my in-line fan and humidifier for germination/seedling stage, they're basically going back and forth, keeping the humidity going up and down about 12% every couple of minutes. Is this type of fluctuation suitable for healthy plant growth, or could it possibly induce stress? Any recommendations to stabilize the humidity a bit more would be greatly appreciated, I'm running the 2.7x2.7 SmartGrow, with the 150W Aerolight and 4" in-line, and my humidifier is the AC Cloudforge T3. Thanks in advance!
