Hey y'all, just started my first grow recently, set up with the 2.7x2.7×5.25 Smart Grow Tent kit. Unfortunately, the temp/humidity probe didn't quite work out of the box, so I got the Smart Thermostat to get my inside readings.

The thermostat connected to the app fine, I can see it's readings through the app interface, and I set up the gateway to link it to the GrowHub. The app shows them as paired, yet the GrowHub itself does not display its readings.

Consequently, it seems, the hub will not activate the ventilation fans when the temperature range specified in my recipe is exceeded. At the moment, I have to monitor the thermostats readings from the app, and manually activate the vents to bring the temperature down.

I was curious if anyone has happened to have had this issue before, or happens to know how to properly pair the devices to get the Smart Grow system operating like normal? Any input is appreciated, thank you!
