Hope this is the right place for this! New to networking, but have background in the film industry. I work at a rental house that is generally film industry focused and we're looking to offer something to our clients that want to use cellular data signals for remote monitoring in the field.
Is there such a device that can:
Take multiple SIM cards and any available connected wifi and load balance/bond the available bandwidth from each carrier
Create a single network to achieve a greater upload speed/more stable link
Run on DC Power (ie I can wire up a gold mount battery plate to run it in the field)
Work without a subscription service (aside from the cellular carriers)
be operated and maintained by a client with little to no networking experience
I realize this is asking a lot, so if there's anything that checks any number of these boxes, I'd really appreciate that info. We are pretty familiar with the Teradek family of products but if anyone feels strongly about the price-to-feature ratio there I'd be interested as well.
Ideally there is something that a client can stick 2 sim cards in, and without much trouble or configuration, connect to on a computer from anywhere with a cell signal and stream 1080p video to someone watching remotely. Appreciate the help!
EDIT: I should clarify I don't really need the thing to process or encode video really, mainly just looking for a very very good mobile hotspot
