Hey everyone!

Quick question for you which is potentially stupid... I've got people streaming to me just now over RTMP using OBS, I'm receiving them via RTMPMiniserver and then picking them up via NDI but I'm getting a serious number of dropped frames from them to the point where people are having to turn their video bitrate to 500kbps to get a smooth stream. Here's the stupid question, would them turning their bitrate up help at all? As in is there a minimum bitrate for RTMP to be stable or is it just their internet that's causing the issue? Or would a higher bitrate help them punch through at all? they're sending at 720p30 just now
