Found this old tape in my basement. Any idea what it is?

I assume it's adult content (judging by the now-defunct website listed) but I cant find anything online referring to the tape or CDI entertainment group.

Far as I can tell this was an early porn studio - like distributed 8mm movies in the 70s & 80s old. I wouldn't be surprised this was a VHS re-release of an older 80s or earlier vintage movie.
Go hit up goodwill for a VCR and let us know 🤣
