Due to the recent surge in demand for the Voyager platform, things are not business as usual. We have been used to things like; fast deposit and withdrawal times, instant cash available, 10k daily deposits, 25k withdrawal limits, etc...
Many people have expressed concern, panic, and anger towards Voyager due to the change in status-quo. Some are blasting Voyager on social media, some are spamming Voyager with support tickets, selling their VGX, claiming its a targeted and personal attack, or withdrawing their assets from Voyager altogether.
While Voyager did just release a statement to some of these concerns, it was vague and not informative as to why people are experiencing these issues.
My challenge is that everyone logs onto their Voyager app, clicks on the person icon on the top right, clicks on help at the very bottom, and selects faq's. There is a treasure trove of info about Voyager and what to expect. You will learn about the intricacies of this project and most of your questions will be answered.
Knowledge is power, so treat this as an investment into your financial IQ. After all, if you trusted this platform with your valuable assets, you better have done your due diligence before using it. Right?
