I see a lot of complaints about people's accounts being stuck in verification purgatory for several weeks. I want to share how I fixed my account and got approved in 48 hours after I took these steps.....
I sent a request ticket explaining my problem. My first ticket to Voyager got ignored so I sent another ticket.
I sent a second ticket saying I never heard from them after the first inquiry. I detailed my issue again.
I reached out to Voyager CEO Steve Ehrlich on Twitter. He respond within 3 minutes and told me he would have his team look into it. I got a response the same day I heard from Steve with a dropbox link to send more documentation of my residence. Apparently my id address was different than my account info. I uploaded a 1099 with my address that matched my account info and presto! My account was confirmed the next day. Here is the dropbox link I received via email.
To confirm your current home address, please provide one of the following documents to confirm home address:Â
Utility Bill (phone, water, gas, electric, trash or sewer, etc.);
W-2 or 1099 Form;
An official letter or document from another state or local government agency (on agency letterhead or which contains the official seal of the agency) issued within the previous 30 days;
Letter or other documentation issued by the postmaster within the previous 30 days; or
Other government document containing the name and address of the applicant issued within the previous 30 days.
