I'll be honest, you've got some decent coverage, but you definitely need more support and synergy. This definitely looks like a story playthrough with a Grafaiai. Grafaiai will be a minor nuissance, but that's it. Prankster taunt is not going to stop a covert cloak tailwind, and psychic terrain Indeedee will completely shut it down. Another problem is ground. You've got 4 pokemon weak to it, and Bellibolt only has electric moves, so he can't touch a ground type. Besides thunderwave, you also have no speed control which is essential in VGC.

I think the main problem is that in a doubles format you have the opportunity for a lot of amazing synergy, which you really need to capitalize on, because you have 2 threats to deal with, not just one. With 2 pokemon you get abilities and moves that work really well together that allow pokemon to excel, like Venusaur Torkoal, or Indeedee-F and Hatterne. People often build around these synergies which result in themes, like a sun team, rain team, hyper offensive, and trick room focused. Unfortunately you're lacking any kind of "theme" or focus, and you may have decent coverage, but your pokemon don't do anything together, so you're lacking anything helping your team stand out.
