I’m sure someone can point me in the right direction and I can delete this post, but I’m new to VGC and I built a few teams at the beginning of the year, right after the DLC came out, but now that Regulation H is out and there’s been such a switch up, I’m completely lost.

How do I keep up? There are so many different combinations and of course, that’s the whole point, but I just wonder how people know so much so quick and can build teams like they do. I basically watched videos. But I want to learn how to know which mons to pick, and also how to build those mons so they are tournament worthy. I know HOW TO build stats, I just don’t know how to decide which stats to build without seeing other people’s teams and that leaves me behind the curve.
