Looking for ASUS PRIME X370-PRO bios downgrade tutorial.

Could someone who has successfully downgraded their bios on this mobo post clear step-by-step instructions for the process? The AGESA bug seems to be a big problem for a lot of people and with no fix on the horizon it might be worth trying to formalize how to do this for different models so people don't end up hacking together a command that bricks their mobo like I did ðĪŠ
