Help with Getting Started in Virt-A-Mate: Questions on Animation and Unity Compatibility

Post Body

Hi everyone!

I’m a beginner just starting out with Virt-A-Mate (VaM), and I have a couple of questions I hope someone here can help me with.

First question for VAM use : As someone who’s never used VaM, I’m wondering if it’s possible to create animations using only downloaded poses? I’ve seen that there are tons of poses available, but I’m not sure how to bring them to life in an animation without needing to create my own from scratch. Are there any beginner-friendly guides or videos on how to animate using pre-made poses? I’ve looked around on YouTube and the guides on the VaM website, but I’m finding it all a bit overwhelming. If you know of any resources that make this process simpler, I’d love a recommendation!

Second question for Exporting VAM character to Unity: I’m also a Unity developer and was curious to know if there’s a way to achieve the same quality of characters, poses, and actions in Unity that I see in Virt-A-Mate. Has anyone managed to replicate a similar look and feel in Unity, and if so, any advice on how to approach that?
