Just a little idea, humor me but please dont hate on me.

I wonder if it would be possible for us to make a community based blacklist of players who are purposely throwing games. Im not really sure how this can work but since Riot is having a hard time cracking this problem and getting these "accounts" banned doesnt really solve the problem and should it get banned the damage has already been done. Its not like we could get our RR back once it is proven that a player was throwing the game.

Now, back to the main topic, the Community based blacklist. So, Im thinking that the throwers name will be listed in this database and once it has been reported once with substantial evidence that they are throwing the game. They should be blacklisted by the community, reported at every game they get into since we dont have the capability to kick them in game. Furthermore, when they are kicked it is still a 4v5 scenario.

This is a very rough idea but if you have anything in mind, I welcome any idea.
