1 shot body kill with scope advantage is super strong to begin with, but valorant maps are small and simple. In csgo maps are much bigger and complex, and even then the gun is extremely strong/ vital for pro play in csgo.

Im not saying valorant needs bigger and complex maps. Im saying valorant would be a much healthier game without the OP. It will be much easier game to manage and balance without the OP. The OP devalues the rest of the gun-gameplay and immersive trades.

Now the best solution to the OP problem, besides removal(wont ever happen), is to limit 1 OP at a time on either team.

A sniper rifle gun should be high skill risk/reward. The Operator contradicts that, no matter how expensive you make it.
