There Should NOT Be a Penalty for Dodging No-Comms Instalocks in Ranked

It's basically a guaranteed loss even if I carry (especially if it's off-meta like Jetts and Omens), unless there is some sort of miracle. Dodging these commless, clueless trolls results in a 10 minute penalty. This is not how it should be. No comms instalock should be fine for a dodge. If mic is not activated and agent is selected in less than 5 seconds let us dodge.

If you're already failing to consider your teammates by selfishly instalocking AND not communicating, why would I want to play ranked match with you?
