Cant get out of silver need help!!!

This may seem weird but I'm currently silver 1 but I dont belong at my current rank. I main brimstone and primarily use shotguns due to my elbow injuries making it hard to spray. Every game I go negative and do poorly I believe that I should be several ranks lower yet I cant seem to derank no matter how many games I play and lose. I will lose a game and only lose 5-11 points and when I win I gain like 30 even though my win percentage is about 30% I stand at elo equilibrium. Is there any way for me to get out of my rank?
