Did RR go back to be hyper critical on losses?

When the new season started the RR loss was slowed and not as harsh but the last few weeks, even if I’m losing by one or two round with a great KD, I’m losing 20 RR. I just went 20/16 and lost 11-13 and lost 20 RR. Please tell me it’s not just me. That is insane
