Mobile home not real property
Post Body
So I just left Clayton mobile home in Berkshire, Texas and the lady there told me that I can’t use the VA loan to buy from them because the mobile home is not real property. However, I have been told conflicting information. She also said it would be hard to get a loan for land because he has seen that with everybody. I kind of don’t trust her information because of her attitude and I know that red lining is for black homebuyer. Can someone confirm for this?
