Should Uzbekistan ever try to take parts of northern Afghanistan so that persecuted groups like Hazara’s can live better lives?

Northern Afghan ethnic groups have been battling terrorism and groups like Hazara’s have been persecuted in recent history. They deserve to live and connect with Central Asians rather than South Asia in my opinion as they’re Central Asian. Obvious issues with bringing in any new group of people is treatment, Uzbekistan isn’t perfect even with Karkalpak’s, but better than the current state of Afghanistan right? Central Asian ethnic groups in northern Afghanistan deserve better. So should Uzbekistan take over some Afghan land where Hazara’s and others mainly reside, or just allow the residents in (which does mean people would have to resettle)?
