Answering your question regarding the teeth on the floor and black curtain: It was Noah Orona who described teeth on the floor because he would close his eyes and then when he finally opened them he saw that. Miah Cerillo said the same thing, she saw a severed ear and teeth as well.
As far the black table cloth, it is believed that the killer went into room 111 first and then 112. Mr Reyes described it as them being sitting ducks due to little to no hiding spots. Room 112 where Ms Mireles desk was you could see a black table cloth and that’s where majority of the survivors hid. (Forgive me if i misspelled anything and if I’m wrong about anything)
