I figured we could get a community FAQ going. There's a lot of confusion and questions floating around! I've taken some critical questions from the official FAQ and added a few community concerns in there as well. More to come!

What is an ICO?
ICO stands for “Initial Coin Offering” and it is a means of raising capital through a crowdfunding campaign by issuing token crypto-assets. ^You can read more about it here on their official website.

How can i contribute to the UTRUST ICO?
Once you're all registered, you'll be able to log into your dashboard where there will be a unique address generated for you in your favorite crypto flavor. You will be using this address to deposit your investment. Any transaction using the given address will count as your contribution to the project.

When will I recieve my UTK?
After a period of 10 days following the ICO closure date, you will be able to add an ETH address to your investor profile (AKA dashboard). The provided address will be used in order to withdraw your UTRUST tokens (UTKs).

Why haven't I received my tokens yet?
Utrust had a very successful Pre-ICO selling out in under 90 minutes. If you haven't received your tokens yet ^{aug. 29 2017} and you see your transaction in the blockchain please be patient! The devs at Utrust have been very transparent informing us that their system is facing some delays but their working to get everything done ASAP. Example

Where are you based and what is your legal structure?
UTRUST is incorporated in Switzerland, with our Engineering operations being based in Portugal, and having advisers and collaborators from all over the world, including US, China, Switzerland and UK.
