Posted this two months ago and had some good conversations with a few people, but nothing panned out. I understand what my girlfriend is asking for is "unfair" in the sense that she wants an MMF dynamic before full-swap, but we are open to full-swap after she gets comfortable with a woman in bed.

Yeah, I know - looking for a needle in a haystack, here. We're a 30's couple in northern Utah looking for a woman inexperienced with other women, to play with my girlfriend for her first girl-girl experience. You need not be single - and we're open to full-swap in the near future - but my girlfriend is looking to play with a similarly-inexperienced woman for her first time. I would be there, but need not participate. This is a great opportunity to connect with a like-minded couple, but I understand it's an unconventional (and particularly "unfair") start.
