What are these things on each side of the bridge over passes? Each overpass on the West Davis Corridor has one on each side? Some UDOT engineer on this site has to know. We're they for positioning the span?

No disrespect, but an anti-graffiti task force? That’s a battle that will never be won. Installing these barriers is all someone/some entity can reasonably do, aside from assigning guards at all overpasses.
