Thunderbolt Port Not Working. Is there a fix?

Hi All,

My Caldigit Dock stopped working. It is flashing blue LED lights.

After unplug and plug back in, I get an error messaging stating "A USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port. You should disconnect the device."

Then I try to plug in other type C peripherals, such as SD card reader, it doesn't respond. I've also done these above steps after shutting down or restarting my laptop.

It seems to me the port itself has stopped working. Is there a fix? or am I SOL?
