pros and cons of using 60 watt or 100 watt usb c cable?

I just took a look at a store that was selling usb cable and they were selling two different cables one was a 60 watt cable and the other cable was 100 watt. I wanted to know if there any advantages or disadvantages between the two cable since they have different watts.
in theory I thoughall usb type C cables gave the same power.
