Are doubled rewards confusing in the paid version?

Every now and then, I get a comment from a player complaining that they don't get doubled rewards on the paid version, when they didn't realize all the reward numbers shown are already doubled from the free version.
Therefore, I was wondering if you think this behavior in the game is confusing, and how it can be improved to show clearly that the rewards are all automatically doubled in the paid version.
