Just had a retrograde

And I have a “web like stricture “ in the bulba area. I racked my Harley in a wreck and I been in pain while urinating and unable to ejaculate for a month and half . I can still orgasm but no semen . They haven’t said when I’m due for surgery cause they don’t knw if there’s surgeons in nm that do it . I’m so upset and anxious . Any one have any tips or been through this cause of a Moto wreck .
