Can you enter a building that says "No Tresspassing"? (genuine question)

I know this question seems like "of course you shouldnt" but hear me out. I have seen many people entering do not trespass areas, pertaining to breaking into abandoned theme parks, military bases, and just wanted to know if this was part of the "Abandoned building" experience? Or should they genuinley not be there in the first place.
Also asking this question because on the Urbex website, most listing near me are marked with "Do not Trespass" signs.
