Weekly, AMA-style, tutorial posts?
Post Body

A lot of subreddits do a weekly thread, and I think it fits for our demographic here. My initial thinking was to start by just going down our sidebar list. Between the mods here and outreach to those more specific subreddits, I think we can do quite a few 'Intro to Canning/Brewing/Gardening' posts that are tailored to the UrbanHomesteader. i.e. How to garden when space is a concern? Do I need a full all grain set up to brew good beer?

I'm happy to kick these off with any of the following topics: canning, beer brewing, composting, soap making, fermenting. Or I'm happy to let some one else take the lead.

I'm going to suggest that we make these weekly posts - i.e. it isn't just, answer these questions at this time, but that we have time for a real back-and-forth and you can't really 'miss it' unless you're gone for the whole week. Sunday-Sunday?

Let me know what you think. Suggestions are welcome! What is useful to you?
