Advice for a Translator cover letter?!

I have gone trough many versions but i just can't find an appropriate one. I really find it difficult to " tell my client what work i am going to do" as many suggest, since i see that it is quite obvious. I'd like to avoid the " I am a x and x bilingual with Y years of experience in translation blah blah blah" as such info is already on my profile. Fellow translators of the Upwork nation, help your lost comrade.
