Activity Tracking Software

Asking the community for a only slightly related request.

I am in search of a tool that monitors activity like the time tracking aspect of upwork for when I pull clients off of Upwork but still want a decent amount of transparency.

I have started this search before, and am just getting back on it now, but figured you guys may know where to point me.
