Hi guys, recently I worked with a horrible client. Long story short, I did the work and he kept claiming that I did not follow his instructions, ultimately leading to him disputing the contract --- it took so much toll on me, the way he would nag for constant revisions on minor detail, micromanage me, and even belittle me the moment I stood on my ground and told him that I did the work that he asked for and there are no logical basis for his requests. It came to a point where I noticed that he was blatantly harassing me and doing this so I can agree to a cheaper price on the contract dispute --- to which I eventually did since I just wanted for the issue to be gone as it was such a headache to deal and continue talking with the client.

As we were ending our contract, he would leave foul comments about Upwork freelancers and then goes his way to threated me that if I leave a negative feedback on him, he would blatantly leave a "0 star" (implying an unjust negative review) feedback on me. He told me that he is willing to "negotiate" for me to give him a 5-star rating. It f*cking sucked because upon checking his background, I found one review against him that literally sounds like my case --- which means this is not the first time that he has done and harassed a freelancer.

In the end, I of course stood by my ground and left a honest review to him, he did not leave a public feedback as there was none posted on my profile, but after a few days of ending the contract my JSS score went from 100% to 93% and I can tell that it affected drastically how potential clients view my profile. With that, is there anything that I can do to report this incident and hopefully get back my 100% JSS score?
