EMAIL ABOUT STUDENT WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS BEING DISMISSED
Post Body

I realize a lot of people have been getting this email so I wanted to put some information with what I know. In this case it does not seem like UofT is at fault. If you can see the drive I attached I’m not sure how he thinks it’s wrongful dismissal.

He extensively harassed his PI after she was unable to keep up with his persistent demands for extra attention. She directed him to student services and resources many times and tried to find a new supervisor but he sent the PI hundreds of emails threatening suicide and legal action. He began to message the family of the PI and TPS (Toronto police service) has a warrant out for his arrest if he ever returns to Canada from Iran for criminal harassment. He is an obsessive who crafted a conspiracy instead of reaching out to the resources available to him to continue his studies and help with his mental and physical health but he chose to make this woman's life a living hell, and it seems like there's no sign of him stopping

He included the final report from the SGS investigative officer and it tells a much more coherent story and paints him in a very bad light.

I don't think there's a story here, just a sick, monomaniacal man who made his bad situation much worse than it ever had to be.
