Is Robarts open to the public or not?

I graduated last year, I have nowhere to get work done and want to come to the library for some quiet space. I know the stacks aren't open but I'm asking about the main floor/reading rooms.
The library website says it's open but my friends who are still at UofT say they're checking Tcards even during the day, so it's not open.
