Is there anywhere I can get a letter proving I've graduated without paying for it?

This is really ridiculous, you shouldn't have to pay $15 just to get a letter certifying you've graduated... but I can't find a place on Acorn or elsewhere that gives you one. I just need a letter saying I've graduated and hold a Bachelor's degree, nothing else.
Is it hidden somewhere on Acorn? Can I get a free PDF of one somewhere else?
