Is it OK to feel anxious about going to the U of A next month to hang out with my friends post-shooting tragedy?

Hi, guys. Wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind since Wednesday afternoon: A group of my friends and I who all have autism regularly go to the University of Arizona campus for a social meetup every month. I feel anxious and scared to go hang out with my friends at the U of A now because of the shooting tragedy on Wednesday. I know I don't go to the U of A anymore, but are my feelings about this shooting valid and should I feel scared about going to the campus to hang out next month? Thanks. 😔
