Time Crunch on trying to get accepted and pick classes

I am a veteran who is going to be going to UofA if accepted, still awaiting decision. I am transferring from another university where i had some academic issues due to depression and other things going on. I need to speak to an advisor for the program that Veteran Readiness and Employment will be paying for. I have a deadline for something that has to be turned into the program due on 26 NOV but I have no idea who my advisor would be or anything like that. Can anyone help me with that?
