Coronado vs Honors Village
Post Body

I’m an incoming freshman for fall 2023 who was admitted to honors and applied for housing extremely early, and I’m confident that I’ll be able to get the dorm of my choice (price is not a factor for me). So, right now I’m deciding if I want to live in Coronado or the Honors Village (both have suite-style bathrooms which I also want). My biggest concern with the Honors Village is that I’ll feel very secluded and away from everything on campus, and won’t be able to be as social as I’d like to. I do plan on rushing, and since Coronado is the Greek life party dorm, I feel like that might be better. Are all the rumors of Coronado always being extremely loud and disgusting true or is it over-exaggerated? Is the Honors Village more social than I’m assuming? Please help me decide, thanks!
