NSFW and Uncut have the same cards

I wanted to make sure I got all the expansion packs and discovered that these two expansions have the same exact cards in the boxes. I am curious as to why they are marketed as two different expansions?
I’m going to keep them both as I read shuffling one deck in, it gets dirty…but to get filthy shuffle two decks in…
So I will keep them both, I just was curious to it.
