It’s not that you’re not worth fighting for

That’s not even a question

I just think I deserve someone who wants me the way I want you

I could forget every fear and worry with you

I know someday you’ll meet someone who’s worth changing every plan because you never once worry what might happen in the future.

I know you don’t feel that way about me and that’s okay

I do feel that way about you though and it would be selfish of me to hold you back from meeting someone who is that person for you.

And I just think that I should let you go so you can find that too. It’s absolutely unbelievable how good it feels.

I still cry about it but I know I’d never take it back if I had the choice. If i didn’t get to experience knowing you half as well as I do, it would still be doubly worth it.
